Cable One Arm Fly On Exercise Ball

Lie on an exercise ball with your feet planted firmly on the ground and hips lifted. Hold a cable handle in one hand, bringing your arm up towards the ceiling, keeping a slight bend in the elbow. Slowly lower your arm out to the side, maintaining control, until you feel a stretch in your chest. Engage your chest muscles to bring your arm back up to the starting position. Repeat for desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other arm.

How to perform the Cable One Arm Fly On Exercise Ball

  1. Set up. Set up in a stable, balanced starting position appropriate for the Cable One Arm Fly On Exercise Ball using your cable.
  2. Brace and execute. Brace your core, control the descent, and move through a full pain-free range of motion while emphasizing your pectoralis major.
  3. Reset. Reverse the movement under control and reset between repetitions, keeping your form crisp on every rep.
