Cable Seated One Arm Concentration Curl

BicepsCableBeginner
Sit on a seat facing a cable machine with your feet flat on the floor. Grab the handle with one hand, palm facing up. Rest your elbow on the inside of your thigh. Keep your upper arm stationary and curl the weight up towards your shoulder. Slowly lower the weight back down in a controlled manner. Repeat for desired repetitions and then switch arms.

  3. Reset. Reverse the movement under control and reset between repetitions, keeping your form crisp on every rep.
