Dumbbell Biceps Curl Reverse

Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms fully extended, palms facing downward. Keep your upper arms stationary, exhale and curl the weights while contracting your biceps. Continue to curl the weights up until your biceps are fully contracted and the dumbbells are at shoulder level. Inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, keeping your palms facing downward. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
