RhomboidsDumbbellIntermediate
Sit on an incline bench with a dumbbell in one hand. Place your feet firmly on the ground and lean forward, resting your chest against the inclined portion of the bench. Keep your back straight and your core engaged. Extend your arm with the dumbbell towards the floor. Start pulling the dumbbell up towards your chest by retracting your shoulder blade. Pause for a moment at the top of the movement and then slowly lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and then switch to the other arm.
