Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Start with your arms hanging down by your sides, palms facing forward. Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders by bending your elbows. Once the dumbbells are at shoulder level, rotate your wrists so that your palms are facing forward. Press the dumbbells overhead, fully extending your arms. Lower the dumbbells back down to shoulder level, rotate your wrists so that palms are facing forward, and then slowly lower the dumbbells back to starting position. Repeat.
