Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in one hand, palm facing down. Rest your elbow on the inside of your thigh and let the dumbbell hang down towards the floor. Curl the dumbbell up towards your shoulder, keeping your elbow stationary. Pause at the top and slowly lower the dumbbell back down towards the starting position. Repeat for desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
