Dumbbell Standing One Arm Concentration Curl

Hold a dumbbell in one hand, palm facing upward. Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, position your elbow on the inner thigh of the opposite leg. Keeping your upper arm stationary, exhale and curl the weight upwards towards your shoulder while contracting your bicep. Inhale and slowly lower the weight back down to the starting position, fully extending your arm. Repeat for desired repetitions and then switch sides.

  1. Set up. Set up in a stable, balanced starting position appropriate for the Dumbbell Standing One Arm Concentration Curl using your dumbbell.
