Perform the Oblique V-up on the floor to target your oblique muscles effectively.

  1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and arms overhead.
  2. Simultaneously lift your legs and upper body, reaching your right hand towards your left foot.
  3. Lower back down and repeat on the opposite side, reaching your left hand towards your right foot.
  4. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
