Start in a plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders and your body in a straight line from head to heels.

  1. Engage your core and lift your right leg towards the ceiling, keeping it straight.
  2. Lower your right leg back to the plank position and quickly bring your right knee towards your chest.
  3. Return your right leg to the plank position and repeat on the left side.
