Side Lying Hip Adduction (Male)

Lie on your side with your legs stacked on top of each other. Keep your bottom leg straight and bend your top leg at the knee, placing your foot flat on the floor in front of your bottom leg. Engage your core. Keeping your bottom leg straight and your core engaged, lift your bottom leg off the floor while maintaining contact between your feet. Slowly lower your leg back down to starting position. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions. Switch sides and repeat the exercise on the opposite side.
