The Spin Back Kick is a powerful kick used in kickboxing that targets your opponent from a distance.

  1. Start in a fighting stance with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Pivot on your lead foot while turning your hips and shoulders away from your opponent.
  3. Extend your rear leg back and upward, striking with the heel.
  4. Follow through and return to your original stance.
