  1. Begin in a seated position with your legs extended in front of you.
  2. Place your right hand behind you for support and your left hand on your right knee.
  3. Gently rotate your torso to the right, using your left hand to deepen the stretch.
  4. Hold the position for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side.
