Squat To Overhead Reach With Twist

Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Bend your knees and lower your hips down into a squat position. As you squat, reach both arms overhead, extending them towards the ceiling or sky. While maintaining the squat position, twist your torso towards the right side. Return to the center and twist your torso towards the left side. Repeat the twisting motion while maintaining the squat position. Continue alternating twists for the desired number of repetitions.
