Body WeightIntermediate

Stand in front of a sturdy step or platform. Place one foot on the step and push through your heel to lift your body up.

As you step up, twist your torso and bring the opposite elbow towards the knee that is raised. Engage your core throughout the movement.

Lower back down and repeat on the other side, alternating sides with each repetition.
