Weighted Russian Twist V. 2

Sit on the floor with your knees bent, keeping your feet flat on the ground. Hold a weighted object, such as a dumbbell or a medicine ball, with both hands close to your chest. Lean back slightly while maintaining a straight back. Lift your feet off the ground, balancing on your tailbone. Twist your torso to the right side, touching the weighted object to the ground beside your hip. Twist back to the center, then twist to the left side, touching the weighted object to the ground beside your left hip. Continue alternating sides, keeping your core engaged and maintaining a controlled twisting motion throughout.
